  CSR is private, and to many of its core group, it’s a community with a sense of intimacy and belonging.  Membership is required of all members.  Standard rules of etiquette and social behavior shall prevail at all times.  No one shall be allowed to engage in illegal acts, including the possession or use of any illegal drugs or substances.  Respect, dignity, and discretion are the motto and foundation of CSR.

CSR functions are held at a local hotel near the airport.  All rooms are booked through CSR, and requests for specific room configurations (e.g two queen beds) are filled on a first come, first served basis.  They only have a limited number of double-queen rooms.  So you must have to take an early reservation!  Accommodations for overnight guests are made in the same hotel and all in one section without outsiders allowed.  Those who wish to continue the festivities may do so without being annoyed by outsiders.

Dances are held once a month at a hotel in the greater St. Louis area, with a party area afterwards on a private floor of the hotel. 

It is a policy to meet with couples interested in joining CSR to answer any questions and to discuss policy, jealousy, discretion, etiquette, or any other issues that may arise. Aside from the informative role orientation play, couples get a chance to meet the staff of CSR. 

Memberships are subject to the following terms and conditions: Annual membership fee for new couple is $40, renewal fee is $25 (A renewal is a free if a member couple attends five dancers in the previous year.)  Dance fees are $35, with a cash bar at the dance, munchies and refreshments after the dance. 

They strive to provide the finest food available the best dance music and the best possible facilities for dining, dancing and getting acquainted.  They also offer hospitality suites that are open to all those who attend functions, a social area with snacks, soft drinks, and coffee. It is not a designated party area.
