Handford County Swing Club (HCSC) is a private club for a group of couples and a few single ladies. Parties average about 15 couples. They only have to main rules; “no” mean “no” and you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do! This is a swingers club so you have to be aware these basic rules.

Generally, two parties per month: Northern parties (Hartford, Baltimore and Anne Arundel Counties) are in a hotel suite, southern parties (Montgomery County) are in a private home. Pre-registration is required. They provide real food (not just snacks) and soft drinks. BYOB and BYOC (condoms).
