The Party House is an on-premise swingers party in a private home on acreage with lots of off street parking and total privacy.  They are located between Orlando and Tampa.  They offer a large hot tub, swimming pool with a wrap around decking, large gazebo with a conversation area, sound system for dancing or just enjoying the music with friends.  They also have private lockers with restrooms and showers.

          Parties for couples and select singles are held every Friday and Saturday night starting at 8pm. Single females & new couples are always welcome.  There are Spring and Summer weekend pool parties & cookouts during holidays.  Friday night jam sessions with Karaoke.
