Close Encounters are for introductive purposes only with no sexual contact permitted at their events. Memberships for Close Encounters are open to couples only as it is a private/members only club. The owner strives to provide you a place where all feel free to pursue the Lifestyle in a friendly, safe, discreet and secure environment. They have set the basic swinging rules and ask your co-operation to abide by them for the sake of everyone attending the event.

The socials are from 8:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M. and have a cash bar. A professional D.J. spins the music for your dancing and and listening pleasure. Drugs, cameras and single men are not allowed.  The cost of attendance is $30.00 per couple as temporary membership. You can also purchase the full membership package which is the equivalent of 10 socials where you can have one night for only $10.00.  New couples are required to go to an orientation at 7:30 P.M.  Events are set to meet every 4th Saturday of the month except October and December in the Landmark Lounge and Landmark Inn.  Landmark Lounge is closed to public when they hold dances.  Attire is from casual to formal.  Take note that “You only get one shot at a first impression”.  T-back swim wear is permitted by the pool and on the beach but note that swim wear is not permitted in the hotel lobby, restaurant, or bar.
